Property Manager

1. Be able to organize and coordinate the property management work, and help improve the brand awareness of the project;

2. Participate in the preliminary planning work and assist in proposing the project positioning scheme;

3. Be familiar with the operation process of property management and master the laws and regulations related to property management;

4. Strong execution and planning ability, full of teamwork and professionalism; Formulate property management plan and coordinate its implementation;

5. Under 45 years of age, with more than 2 years of work experience, holding the property manager's work license is preferred;

6. Salary: 8000-12000 yuan/month, social insurance paid.
